Today, Australia will reveal its entry for Eurovision 2026, while in Poland, filming takes place for its national final for Vienna.

The performances for Finał polskich kwalifikacji will be filmed today in Warsaw, ahead of the show being aired next week. The eight artists will film their performance with TVP, with a back-up jury observing the performance recordings to ensure equal treatment of finalists.

Finał polskich kwalifikacji will air on March 7, with voting already underway to select the winner. Voting through the TVP VOD app opened on February 28 at 18:00 CET and will end on March 7 at 17:00 CET. SMS voting will open during the broadcast of Finał polskich kwalifikacji on March 7 and will close at 23:59 CET.

The winner of Finał polskich kwalifikacji will be announced on the morning of March 8 during Pytanie na Śniadanie at 10:00 CET. The winner will be determined purely by the number of votes that each act receives, with the act that receives the highest number of votes declared the winner.

The Australian representative and song for the 70th edition of the Eurovision Song Contest will be revealed today. The song and artist will be revealed at 19:00 CET via the official Eurovision Song Contest YouTube channel.

SBS has once again opted to internally select their representative and song for the Eurovision Song Contest. Most Australian entries have been chosen through an internal selection, except for 2019, 2020 and 2022, which were chosen through the national final Eurovision – Australia Decides. Australia will be aiming to qualify for the final in Vienna, having last qualified in 2023 in Liverpool, United Kingdom.
