I’m looking to book a holiday in Cyprus (been wanting to go since 2020, but Covid hit). However, I’m unvaccinated. I have read my countrys goverment website and I’m trying to make sense of the current rules.

The holiday will be booked (if I can go) in September 2022. I have read the entry requirements which I will link and I’m able to enter, as long as I get a negative PCR test result 72 hours prior to leaving, or have a negative rapid flow test 24 hours prior.

When reading deeper into actually being in Cyprus’ public areas etc. (which I will link), it seems I’d need to be fully vaccinated with a ‘SafePass’ to pretty much do anything and doesn’t mention anything about unvaccinated people? Link: [https://www.gov.uk/foreign-travel-advice/cyprus/coronavirus](https://www.gov.uk/foreign-travel-advice/cyprus/coronavirus) Can anyone advise me on the rules in Cyprus for unvaccinated people?

Here in the UK, Covid has pretty much disappeared off the face of the earth and it’s not a hot topic anymore, it’s as if it doesn’t even exist.

  1. Hello, I heard that they’re changing the rules April 18! Unvaccinated can travel with a negative test or antibody test.

  2. Before 18th Apr untaxed can go. Just show evidence of negative test to malls and other indoor places that challenge you. My friend is there now and that’s all she had to do.

  3. Eeeee mate, we’re also confused as fuck here. I just stopped following covid news 2-3 months ago and couldn’t care less. Life’s good if you don’t pay attention to their bullshit.

I know this isn’t helpful. Sorry!

  4. bro if you’re a tourist, rules wont apply to you. If someone on the very off chance asks for vaccination, show them a pdf and say youre from england
