The security situation in the State of Israel stays complex and citizens of Moldova on the territory of this state are urged to exercise maximum caution. Moldova’s Ambassador to Israel Alexandr Roitman reiterated his call for compatriots to strictly observe the precautionary measures imposed by the local authorities.

“It is vitally necessary that we continue to remain in the anti-missile shelters and not leave protected spaces until the Home Front Command announces otherwise,” the diplomat said.

According to him, the current situation might last for several more days. In the context, citizens are advised to avoid non-essential travel and to constantly follow updated official information.

The Embassy of Moldova in Tel Aviv informs that Moldovan citizens can voluntarily register their presence on the territory of the State of Israel and may request urgent consular assistance if needed.
