Dyna.Ai, a Singapore-headquartered AI-as-a-Service company, announced the close of an undisclosed eight-figure multimillion-dollar Series A round to accelerate the deployment of its agentic AI solutions for enterprises. The round was led by Lion X Ventures, a Singapore-based venture capital fund advised by OCBC Bank’s Mezzanine Capital Unit, with participation from ADATA, a Taiwan-listed technology company, a Korean financial institution, and a group of finance veterans with decades of industry experience.
The company said the funding will support the expansion of its Results-as-a-Service model, which is designed to move enterprises from AI pilots to fully operational systems delivering measurable business outcomes. Dyna.Ai’s platform combines domain-specific expertise, AI agent builders, task-ready AI agents, and agentic applications that execute tasks within defined workflows while maintaining compliance, controls, and accountability.
According to the company, its solutions are already deployed in live enterprise environments, supporting leading global and regional banks and financial institutions across Asia, the Americas, and the Middle East. The platform is used to streamline operations, enhance customer experience and employee experience, and optimize core business workflows.
The investment comes amid accelerating AI adoption in Southeast Asia, where the market is projected to exceed US $16 billion by 2033. Singapore has positioned itself as a regional AI hub, committing more than S$1 billion in public artificial intelligence research investment over the next five years to support responsible AI development.
Founded in 2024, Dyna.Ai was established to address structural bottlenecks in enterprise operations by prioritizing commercial outcomes over experimentation, particularly as enterprises shift from proof-of-concepts to enterprise-grade AI deployment.
KEY QUOTES:
“Fundamentally, we are innovative-driven and commercial people who have experienced the same operational challenges we are solving today. While much of the industry was focused on how broadly AI could be applied, we doubled down early on a specific, pressing problem and built with outcomes in mind. That focus continues to guide how we work with enterprises today and has built trust with C-suite leaders across institutions around the world.”
