Pérez Alati, Grondona, Benites & Arntsen (PAGBAM) in Buenos Aires has helped Argentine oil and gas group Pluspetrol divest a 90% interest in an oil block located in the country’s Vaca Muerta shale formation to the local subsidiary of US counterpart Continental Resources.
