Did you actually write them? Had the same thing happen once for 2 CHF, tried to call the number on the Jaime but got stuck 5 minutes on the waiting line and decided not worth it. Didn’t buy again from the Automat though
haha that also happened to me, I called without expecting anything, I just wanted to say that the machine no longer works and swallows money. Two days later I got 3chf. I really had to laugh, it’s kinda cute😄
