We have for a long time considered Hamas military wing to be terrorists, cause they obviously are.
Hamas has for years made an effort to keep their political wing separate to help them promote their cause internationally ( you will note the head guys for the political wing stay far away from violence if possible).
Now of course they are all terrorists. There organisation openly calls for a second holocaust, but the UK has not just suddenly realise Hamas are batshit,
