The first contribution from Slovenia to the Fund for the Support of Ukraine’s Energy Sector amounts to 500 thousand euros.

These figures are confirmed by data from the Ministry of Energy of Ukraine.

Current indicators and impact of the fund

So far, the Fund for the Support of Ukraine’s Energy Sector has received 1.849 billion euros from foreign partners.

Since the fund’s launch, more than a thousand contracts have been signed for the supply of equipment worth about 850 million euros. Ukrainian energy companies have so far received equipment, services, and passive protection measures totaling more than 618 million euros.

In February, the Fund for the Support of Ukraine’s Energy Sector received more than 208 million euros.

The overall funding trend demonstrates a growing number of donors and expanding capabilities of Ukraine’s energy sector thanks to international support.
