I always wanted to visit Bucharest and I made it happen last year at the peak of the November pandemic season in Romania. Strange times. Bucharest may not be the most beautiful capital but it has a certain magnetism that makes me wanna travel back there more than to other touristy capitals in Europe.
Paris, Prague, Vienna, London? Nah, give me Bucharest.
EDIT: Also, if you have no clue what Piata Unirii, Victoriei, or Gara de Nord is, I’m not going to bed with you.
