England players booed when taking the knee in Hungary

  1. I’ve watched the video with the alleged booing and all I’ve heard was the horns. Are these reporters hearing impaired or just want to cause drama?

  2. They weren’t booed. The kids were that noisy all throughout the match (look up a highlights video and you will see). Because they are kids. They don’t even know what BLM or taking the knee is.

  3. Ban Hungary from futboll for 10 years, if even the children are racist ,show the world that there is no space in the world for them

  4. More useless virtue signaling. I live 30 minutes from where the reason for this originated and even the local pro teams don’t do this. Wonder if this will be a feature in FIFA 23.

  5. Actually this match was played behind closed-doors, fans who booed last time were banned, so 90% of spectators were children.

  6. > Hungary were hosting England in what was officially a behind-closed-doors match after being disciplined by both FIFA and UEFA for repeated racist behaviour, including during England’s previous visit to Budapest last September.

I mean, this pretty much shows why it’s still needed / a good thing. Can’t tolerate a gesture against racism during a game where they are penalized for racist behavior. Says a lot.

  7. Kneeling in Europe before the start of every match because a criminal was murdered in the USA 2 years ago is ridiculous. A world of clowns.
