I assume this is Elizabeth II and prince Charles at the Helsinki Airport. They visited Finland in 1976. My father was working as an air traffic controller at the time. My mother gave these slides to me recently.

It is Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh. Philip was her husband and Charles is her son.
