My take on a guiso de lentejas

  1. Looks good to me, but I concur with my other spanish colleague: it’s unusual to see peas in a guiso!

  2. It’s too watery and peas should not be there. Next time use less water or use the blender on the vegetables to get a thicker texture. And keep trying, you’ll get better with every attempt.

  3. I don’t see nothing wrong with peas but, my father girlfriend’s hates them and I forgot about that a lot of times! Now I remember but she had to eat ramen a couple times lol!

  4. Looks nice, congrats!, I like eating them adding a raw egg yolk, mixing it a bit and using generous amounts of bread.

    As per usual with stews, they are better after left on the fridge for a day, and if you have a lot left over, you can stew them with rice adding water and salt, ant its great!.

    Next time try “tres puñados”, it might be more pea friendly.

    Las patatas no se cortan, se “cascan” para darle cuerpo con el almidon que suelta. Por hacer alguna crítica positiva y que el comentario sirva de algo.

  7. Los que decís que los guisantes se lo cargan, si usáis de bote si. This lookd amasing, as long as you dont do something extra-ilegal.

    Los guisantes tambien están bien en la paella, y os faltan manos para pelarme la p*ll* los que digáis lo contrario.

  8. Se te ha quemado el chorizo bro. Consejo, cuece (no frías) el chorizo por separado y añádelo justo al final para que no te quede un guiso 80% grasa.
