Does St Pierre and Miquelon have its own waters or is it completely surrounded by Canadian ones?
New caledonia alone has approximately 20% of the world’s known nickel supplies and they’ve voted to stay part of France in 4 seperate referendums in 25 years
and yet they still seem unable to not wander into others…
