No it won’t. We are okay with that decision in Turkey
Should’ve thought about it before you guys pulled out air defenses from Turkey literally a week after we shot down a Russian jet. Not only that but our “allies” support our enemies, why should we get new “allies” that also support our enemies. Let’s also not forget that our “allies” literally supported a Russian backed dictator in Libya but nobody bats an eye to those “allies” and call them “trojan horse”.
Nobody trusts NATO in Turkey.
This is a country with 73% “official” inflation (much more in reality) and with elections looming. The politicians have to change the narrative, find outside enemies, make all kinds of claims and demands and blame it all on others. Let’s hope their desperation doesn’t lead to any wars
Well, last time he played this card, he got Denmark to ban PKK and throw their (PKK) tv station out of Denmark. He will probably succeed in getting Sweden and Finland to do the same.
He is playing for inner political gain, he needs to stand as a strong man – he is not as secure in his seat as he was 10-15 years ago.
Turks are genociding nato expansion road block
This is a country that is an embarrassment to all, an oppressive dictatorship, certainly not part of Europe, and a complete misfit in NATO.
Take a look at the Turkey ranking (Hint: Start from bottum):
Motherfuckers can’t even handle domestic policy let alone foreign
Every news related upon turkish veto is posted in here 🤣 never seen such a butthurt for a long time.
A wiser man would’ve used this to get the F-35s very cheap and comparable air defense to S-300, plus easing of some sanctions. All of that was possible, just negotiate like normally. Going public means they can’t negotiate, they are making demands… which will cause Turkey to not receive any military equipment and be hit with more sanctions in some form, co-operation and most likely also shared intel will slow down. They will notice that everything they do with Europe and USA seems to have one more hoop to jump thru, one more paper needs to be filled, figuratively and literally.
What a massive cunt but also, what stupid, stupid man. “Look guys, i’ll force their hand…”…
Thanks western media, I believe everything you say
