This is nonsense. An election is 2 years away. ID laws mean many people won’t even bother voting, unless we start pushing for people to register for postal voting, perhaps.
People have short memories. If Boris is polling badly next year, they’ll just replace him with someone more ‘palatable’ to swing voters and boom. Another 14 years of Tory asset stripping and reducing the middle class, working class and precarious even further.

Just like brexit saved him in the election, covid saved him from the impacts of brexit, the war saved him from covid and the parties, a recession will save him from the war, something else will save him from the recession.

I’m not sure Boris will contest the next election as he is clearly the incompetent, dishonourable clown that more enlightened people already knew so there will be problems to come and he’ll be ditched at a second’s notice once those that bankroll the venal, nasty party have half an inkling that their taxpayer funded wheezes, VIP lanes and trough diving is coming to an end.
But an election won’t be held tomorrow. Also yougov also had labour sweeping the council election and look at how that turned out. Labour have spent 2 years alienating all their members and their core constituency. If anyone benefits from this it will be Lib Dems and Greens. I’m all for the Greens at this point. The only party talking about one of the major issues which will be imminently the only issue.
Has this poll considered the millions who won’t be able to vote due to photo ID and I wouldn’t be surprised if they bring something in last minute to make it even more in their favor

I worry that a lot of these articles are just another scam to convince the people who would normaly go out and vote against the conservatives that they don’t need to bother becasue they have already lost. It’d be even more impressive if they’d do a pact with the Lib Dems to stand down in certain seats, nearly all the Lib Dem marginals or targets either face the Tories or SNP, only Sheffield Hallam is Labour held, so it makes sense for them to make a pact but I doubt this’ll happen because the Labour leadership seem to have this weird belief that all non-Tory votes rightfully belong to Labour
