I work in the orbit of comms and activity monitoring and, in my experience, I would say a large part of it is that black and asian people are *far* more likely to be NARC’d to HR/Whistle Blowing/[insert internal investigation team] by their white colleagues, rather than any inherent bias in the company itself*

*although you could make an argument about the recruitment policies and whatnot contributing to it which is on the company
Of course this gets downvoted here. This sub has a massive problem with whitewashing bame issues.
