So there is a video on YouTube called “How many people still believe in Roman/Greek Gods?” ([here](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cQB1Z8QjDho)). and I have a few questions for Greek people about the topic since the religion did originate there
1) Do Greeks support people who still believe in Hellenism?
2) Do Greeks support the religion itself?
3) Do Greeks support the idea that Hellenism should be implemented it modern society?

I think the answer is no, no and no
1. We don’t care, believe in what you want as long as it respects others
2. Some do, some don’t care
3. No.
Hellenism is not a thing in modern Greece. We do have some Christians, but the new generations are distanced from religion in general.
Still? None. There are some people who are part of certain reconstructions of ancient Greek paganism. The accuracy and validity of said reconstructions is another matter.
They should exist as a recognised religion however.
1) Nope.
2) Maybe 0.005% of modern Greeks.
3) See 2).
Modern “Hellenism” is a classic neopagan reconstruction movement.
It has some popularity in fringe circles but overall is viewed very unfavorably by the majority of Greeks who are either puritan Orthodox Christians or militant atheists or anywhere in between.
1) Very few
2) The ones who believe yes.
3) The religion no. But I believe that lots of it’s life lessons should. Although most of them are also taught by Orthodox Christianity.
