Erdogan warns of traps to drag Türkiye into war after Iranian missile incidents

President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said Friday that Türkiye is acting with great caution against plots aimed at dragging the country into war, adding that Ankara is taking necessary measures after a third Iranian missile was intercepted in Turkish airspace.
“Keeping our country away from this fire pit is our top priority,” Erdogan said, urging citizens to stay cautious against efforts to stir sectarian and ethnic tensions during the attacks on Iran.
