Sorry to burst your bubble, but Asterix is French, not Belgian. Kind of a shame you gave it top marks too, alot of foreign comics deserve to be on this list if you go international.
Can’t realy argue your personel preferences, only i would make this list waaaay differently. For example: how can you add braindead soulless garbage like fc de kampioenen and not even mention Thorgal, a series that won prize after prize both here and international?
I guess there’s no accounting for taste…

Nero, Suske & Wiske en Kiekeboe deserve so much better. Urbanus is a tough call. If we’re going with albums 1-50 I think they should be A tier at least, with a couple at S tier. Albums 51-100 were still good too, with a slight dip in quality. Haven’t read too many of what came after 101, but what I did read was pretty bad.
I’m gonna make my own tier list:
S Kuifje (Asterix is great but it’s not Belgian)
A Urbanus, Kiekeboe, Biebel, Suske en Wiske, Geverniste Vernepelingskes
B Jommeke, Lucky Luke, Sam, Largo Winch
C Smurfen, Kampioenen
D Probably Robert and Bertrand or Rode Ridder? Never cared much for them as a kid, only had one or two albums but they didn’t interest me much.
Still man, being a comic loving kid in the nineties I was blessed living in Belgium. We have a lot of great artists here.
