William Douglas Morris, 52 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he stole a 1993 Ford truck from a home on Bells Ferry Road.
Police stated that the truck was valued at $1,000.
Morris is also accused of being in possession of a stolen 4wheeler that was valued at over $1,600.
Morris is charged with theft by taking and theft by receiving stolen property.
