Looks great!
What garnish are you planning to use?
9/10, would stuff my face with it.
It looks really good, with the right amount of crispiness and a proper thickness to keep the middle soft. I am a little concerned about what that sour cream is for in the background. Now I am hungry.
How do you keep it from falling apart? My rostis end up looking like broken up hashbrowns
Here is your swiss ID. This is a damn good rösti
Looks perfect! But the most important question: boiled or raw potatoes?
You are officially Swiss now
German sour cream brand, mods please ban.
7/10 bacon would make it better
A perfect 5/7
9/10 because it looks more crispy on one side than the other, but overall a very respectable result, and it also looks like it isn’t too dry, which is important.
Je to bramborak?
looks like Rösti
Tastes good.
5/10. Would have been 10/10 with egg, viande séchée from Valais and some Gruyere.
Bon appetit.
10/10 nailed it!
Ooo looks good. Hows about the recipe:-)?
Rated R for Rösti.
9/10 u need bratensosse and mushrooms!
Zehn out of zehn.
Just by the look 10/10
Love it. I life in bern by the way *bringme*
no bacon, no cheese, no tomatoes….
7/10 then
just my personal opinion of course
10/10 will eat again
6/10. Fairly nice crispiness, but it looks like you took raw potatoes, which is unusual for Rösti. Rösti is a leftover dish, thus the potatoes are usually already cooked. It looks very glittery, so prob a bit too much oil/butter.
I would cook potatoes, wait ’till completely cold (or just wait ’till the next day) and I love it with onions and bacon dices in it and cheese on top.
🤤
9/10 looks good
9.5/10 potatoes
Looks perfect. You achieved the perfect caramelization without burning it. Perfect thickness. This is restaurant quality👌

Very good if your not vegetarian i would recommend to add this:
Add some raw Baconstrips to the potato strips before you put them into the pan.
I’d give it a rating of 10/10 chocolate bears
I want 3 of these.
Neither enough bacon nor cheese. Sorry, but that Rösti is sub par
dieci stelle
I never manage to keep it in one piece like that, so 10/10.
I meant 6/6.
