motivated by a post yesterday: this is when i called sbb when the Biletautomat didn‘t return my Einfränkler. ofc i framed it 😀

  1. i was waiting for a train at 3 am in the morning since i barely missed the one i was planning on taking plus i saw a advertisement saying they had 24/7 customer service so i wanted to kill some time. color me surprise when this showed up 2 days later!

  2. The real question tho, how much checking is done by them to make sure you actually lost a buck, thats it is indeed stuck in the machine and that it is actually yours lmao

  4. I thought you got 100.- because for some reason they wrote “1.00.-” instead of “1.-” or “CHF 1.00”

  5. Once i was planning to hop off a funicular onto a ship for a direct connection home, but the ship left 4 minutes early, so i didn’t make it! After a complaint email i got a 25 chf giftcard. And i have a GA so it wasn’t about the money, just annoying that the schedule couldn’t be relied upon.
