A driver escaped with minor injuries after their vehicle went off the road and partially into the Sabattus River in Lisbon on Saturday, officials said.The incident happened around 12:21 p.m. near 180 Lisbon St., close to the Lisbon Flea Market, according to the Lisbon Fire Department.Lisbon EMS arrived first and found the vehicle had gone over an embankment and broken through ice on the river.
