Sweden is receiving Blaze interceptor unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) from Origin Robotics, a company representative told

at the Brussels European Defense Exhibition and Conference (BEDEX) 2026 held from 12 to 14 March.
The Nordic country joins Estonia, Latvia, and Belgium, which began receiving their first batches of Blaze interceptor UAVs as of January.
Latvia was the first country to announce its order for Blaze in early October 2025, followed by the Belgian Ministry of Defence, which announced a EUR50 million (USD57.5 million) procurement of the counter-unmanned aircraft system on 27 November 2025, with Estonia ordering it shortly afterwards.
Belgium plans to equip mobile UAV units with Blaze. Belgian Defence Minister Theo Francken told
Janes
on 13 March that his country is preparing a framework contract worth over EUR1.5 billion for more Blaze interceptor UAVs.
Mass production of Blaze began in December 2025. The Origin Robotics representative expressed his company’s openness to Blaze production in customer countries.
