It’s gotten to the so bad its funny stage……. although people are actually starving
Only this week!
A bit more on Shapps:
>Mr Shapps bizarrely tried to excuse Mr Johnson’s behaviour by saying the PM “lost his mum during the period”.
>
>That is despite the fact Charlotte Johnson Wahl died “suddenly and peacefully” aged 79 in September 2021, 10 months after the party.

>David Davis said discontent was spreading through the Conservative party due to MPs fearing the controversy around the Downing Street lockdown parties as two more Tory MPs called for Boris Johnson to quit.

>The former cabinet minister, 73, told BBC Radio 4’s Today programme: ‘Nobody in the world could have made it plainer, I don’t think, that I want the Prime Minister to go – I haven’t changed my mind about that.’

This should become a regular Saturday feature with a bi-annual round.
Don’t know why he wastes his time changing rules he’ll do what he wants anyway and has a load of asslickers that’ll make all the excuses he needs
I actually cringed reading the bit about Nadine Dorries rapping on Tiktok. I didn’t even watch it but I think I still haven’t yet uncringed minutes later.

The worst thing is that because they are so awful, they will no longer make ‘The Thick if It’ because its so close to reality
Only giving disabled people who can’t work 150 instead of 650 is disgusting.
Surprised it’s not more widely condemned.
The UK slowly dies by death to a thousand proto-fascist cuts.
Reddit gets a few more “oh no” messages, but nobody here actually becomes any more politically active.
Meanwhile, many Labour and Lib Dem Councillors are left single handily campaigning across entire villages and towns without any fresh support on the horizon.
People on Reddit moan “why is nobody rising up?”, when actually they mean to say “why aren’t other volunteers giving up their free time to fix this for me?”.
