It’s a steal if the security deposit is 2 months. And no agency fees?! Wow, it’s a miracle. Private bathroom. Nice. And if you find some mold under the bed, it is your fault because you don’t ventilate the room every day 🙂 And not to neglect, very short way from bed to bathtub We live like rats.
