The Kabul Tribune (KT) — Norway Ministry of Foreign Affairs
said it strongly regrets casualties reported at a drug treatment center in
Kabul and called for restraint and dialogue amid ongoing tensions.

In a statement posted on X on Tuesday, the ministry urged
all parties to respect the principles of proportionality and precaution under
international law.

It stressed that medical facilities and patients must never
be targeted.

The ministry also called for efforts to end hostilities and
address cross-border security concerns through dialogue.
