hi guys, i lost my hoodie (https://boot-boyz.biz/collections/archive/products/bachelard-feu-eau) on the way back from grindelwald. i submitted a loss report already with no luck and have been checking easyfind every day :/ (leaving swizterland in a few days so i’m getting more and more anxious)
i know it’s a long shot but if you’ve seen it please let me know! it has a lot of personal value to me. thank you!

Hi, did you go to the train station to ask if they have it ? There is usually a lost and found at the information desk.

Did you check https://lostandfound.sbb.ch/home/sbb/SBB/app/lossrecords/new/items/0/category ? Easyfind is something different, and by law anything that’s found on SBB property has to go to the SBB lost&found.
The SBB sells the goods to a company called fundsachenverkauf on Ricardo.ch so check if it shows up there. I had a necklace lost before I knew this and it had been sold during the time that I was still querying where it was with lost and found.
