Tatiana Kashauna Gleaves, 31 of Rome, was jailed this week after reports said she attacked a medical professional and a police officer.
Reports stated that Gleaves attacked a medical professional at Atrium Health Floyd by scratching them on their face and hand before attempting to bite them. The victim was left with visible injuries.
Then, while being taken into custody, Gleaves is accused of kicking an officer in the face, nose and head.
Police added that Gleaves then refused to stop and fought as she was being placed in the back of a patrol car.
Gleaves is charged with two counts felony obstruction, three counts obstruction of police, and interference with emergency medical professionals.
