Spring is here! Rīga knows it. Here are some weekend activities.
The Rīga Book Festival will take place at the National Library of Latvia on March 20 and 21.
Books can inspire, comfort, relieve boredom, and teach us new things. And they can spark wonderful conversations, the event organisers say. They invite you to come and meet your favourite publishers and authors, attend book launch celebrations and discussions, and gain fresh, spring-inspired ideas on March 20 from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and on March 21 from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Spring is here
Latvian crafts, arts and produce market “Spring is here” takes place at the Vērmanes Garden in Rīga on March 20 and 21.
You will be welcomed by designer clothes, accessories, home accessories, candles, textiles, toys, food, and much more.
The market will be open from 10:00 to 18:00.

Baložu Pilni Pagalmi
The club Depo at its new location, Šarlotes Street 18a, is hosting well-beloved band Baložu Pilni Pagalmi with their neew album on Friday, 20th March.
At 20:30, the concert begins with Reinis Jaunais, and at 21:30, Baložu Pilni Pagalmi take the stage.
