Where can I get the following documenation?

  1. Please give us more context. Who is asking for these documents? What state are you in (e.g. have you just moved to Germany, are you changing jobs, etc)?

  2. Assuming you are in the same situation as me (foreign student):

    – Sozial…: You can ask your health insurance company

    – Identifi…: You should get this after your first Anmeldung in Germany, if not then ask the Finanzamt

    – The rest is self explanatory, just tell them what tax class you are in, which insurance you are with, etc..

  3. Sozialversicherungsnummer should be known by the Rentenversicherung and you should have a slip with it. Otherwise it should be on the Bescheide zur Sozialversicherung, which you get from your employer and which prove, that you’ve contributed.

Identifikations-Nummer Finanzamt: Ask your Finanzamt or look at old Lohnsteuerbescheide.

Steuerklasse: You can ask your Finanzamt. If you’re single and doing nothing special I think it should be 1. There are also guides on the internet to determine it.

Krankenkasse: This is where you are insured. You are legally required to be insured and you can ask your Krankenkasse (possible per app) to send you a confirmation of your membership

    Bankverbindung: Your main bank account

    Handy-Nummer: Mobile Phone nummer

    Adresse: Adress

Kirchenagehörigkeit: If you do not belong to any church make sure to put the legal term, which you should google to be safe! But you will also need proof that you didn’t enter or that you’ve left the church otherwise they will hit you with a big tax-bill.

  4. That looks like all the data an employer needs from his employees. Are you changing your Job?
