Ok, you all need to understand that this here is something else. I have a recipe for Ålands pannkaka in a cookbook and even the recipe says “this pancake melts in your mouth, so it’s best to make a double portion”. It doesn’t say that for any other recipe. I have no trouble understanding why.
Ålands pannkaka is so good, I basically refuse to eat the “normal” variant. Yes, I know, doesn’t make any sense, but try it yourself. There’s no turning back.
What’s the secret in this pancake? Compared to “the usual”.
