Financial services firm Aztec Group has appointed Francesca Raffa and Maria von Oldenskiöld as co-heads of its Luxembourg operations, as Loïc Choquet steps down after three and a half years in the role.

Raffa, currently client relationship lead, and von Oldenskiöld, global head of investor services, will jointly oversee the firm’s strategic and operational leadership in Luxembourg, including regulatory responsibilities.

They will be supported by Eva Devine, group head of depositary services, and Paul Conroy, group head of AIFM services, as part of an expanded local leadership team.

The company also named Sean Barrett and Ian Charoub as heads of private equity in Luxembourg, strengthening one of its core business lines.

Aztec Group said the appointments reflect its continued investment in Luxembourg, which it views as central to its European growth strategy.
