For example, insights from social media, news, and other public sources can help anticipate changes in market demand and consumer behavior.

In the future, AI’s role in the supply chain will grow. Predictive analytics will not only provide accurate forecasts but also enable proactive risk management by anticipating disruptions before they occur. The integration of this technology with IoT and blockchain will enhance real-time tracking, security and transparency.
