How far you thinking? If you don’t mind a little drive. I’ll recommend Novomlynske nadrze or Mušov. Near the village Brod nad Dyjí is a beautiful spot.

I can recommend Kurovický lom. It’s by far the prettiest lake near Zlín, and it’s not that well known. However if you don’t have a car, its kinda out of reach. Štěrkoviště is closer and not too bad either. Luhačovická přehrada is also pretty nice and the near spa town Luhačovice is definitely worth a visit while you’re there.
