Yeah, it’s Latvian, but it’s kinda weird that the Mieru Reprezentatīvs doesn’t speak English, French or German, pretty much all the guys we sent back then spoke fluently in at least French and German🤷♂️

This dude is probably some actor roughly memorizing latvian sentences with no idea how to actually speak latvian, So basically this dude is just speaking gibberish with a few latvain words.
i could understand a few words, im guessing he had a script and he was repeating what he had been told to say, but the pronunciation is awful and most of it sounds like not even Latvian
at first he says I think Mans Vārds is ===, Esmu Latvijas mieru reprezentatīvs(not correct grammar), says jūs esat skaista( I think to the girl)?
Very poor latvian indeed, just talking some jiberish
Sounded like an Italian trying to read Latvian with English prononciation, welp, better than Slavic impression I guess
