I can tell you that here in the usa a lot is superficial. In the 1980s the joke was most pc ran mostly fish bowl screensavers for show. folks who keep losing or breajung their phone can’t use it as infrastructure. I am someone who can do more with dos than mostwith windows. and microsoft is not intended for adults, i prefer dedicated linux like quantian or caelinux because all the software is preinstalled. And i have internet shut off on my most important machines,
