I just got kicked out from my Job. They say we can also take this afternoon off. Can someone please help me and tell me if this is legal? I was on my probezeit

3. That what the Probezeit is for. They actually do you a favour by paying you one additional months salary

4. If you have agreed on “Probezeit” this might in itself be legal. If it got to you via email that is rather fishy. A letter of reference is something that you can demand. I really do not know about the context but you should find out where the next Arbeitsgericht is located.
