And what a shitshow this is… My flight got cancelled shit happens whatever… But I have to rebook a flight/book a hotel via their app. Doesn’t work obviously and apparantly I can not get my money back if I make a hotel booking myself…

What’s the likelihood this is because they off shored their primary IT workforce and got rid of professionals that were good at sorting niche easyJet system specific issues out?
