Out of curiosity – how many of those are actually Dutch citizens and not immigrants? Many couples have a kid there because of money and stability after moving to the country
so how strict was your lockdown 9 months ago?

This is nothing compared to the explosive increase in fertility rates in Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan. Un predicted a decline in fertility rates across the world, but in a short period of time, the prediction was well missed. Of course, as predicted, there are many areas where fertility rates are severely decreasing. The biggest example is Spain.
