Tij Bedi, the Founder of ThinkDTM, is joining IKS Health as the Executive Vice President and General Manager, Patient Access and Innovation.Bedi’s established team of AI technology experts from ThinkDTM will be fully integrated into the IKS Health organization.

The Technological Push: Agentic AI
Sachin K. Gupta, Founder and Global CEO of IKS Health, emphasized that this acquihire is a critical step in leaning into “agentic AI” (artificial intelligence systems that can autonomously pursue complex goals and workflows). The goal is to build differentiated, forward-looking solutions that combine autonomous AI workflows with “human-in-the-loop” expertise to solve complex healthcare administration challenges and optimize revenue.
