Bank of Italy clears Ambromobiliare to take controlling stake in MIT SIM

(Alliance News) – MIT SIM Spa announced Tuesday that it has received notification of authorization from the Bank of Italy for Ambromobiliare Spa to acquire a controlling interest in the company.

MIT SIM shares closed Monday down 5.6% at EUR1.70 per share, while Ambromobiliare shares ended the session flat at EUR0.64.
