  1. Looks pretty good for being cooked in a pan instead of a paellera! I’d like to taste it!

    Can’t see it well, was it cooked in a shallow pan or is it deep. The key to a good paella (besides good ingredients) is to cook it with no more than 2cm of rice, and never stir it.
