An Iranian missile hit a house near Tel Aviv overnight, Israeli media reported on Friday.
The house in a suburb of Tel Aviv was severely damaged, the reports said, while impacts were also recorded in other areas. There were no initial reports of casualties.
Iranian news agency Tasnim confirmed the overnight rocket attack on Israel.
Meanwhile, warning sirens sounded in northern Israel on Friday amid drone and rocket attacks from southern Lebanon.
The pro-Iran Hezbollah militia claimed responsibility for the rocket attacks.
The latest incidents come as Jews in Israel and around the world celebrate the week-long Passover festival, which commemorates the exodus of the Israelites from Egypt and their liberation from slavery.
Israel and the United States have been at war with Iran since February 28, with the conflict subsequently expanding across the Middle East, including in southern Lebanon.
The Israeli military announced on Friday that it killed around 15 members of the militia in an airstrike in southern Lebanon, accusing them of planning a rocket attack on Israel.
The Israeli military also renewed its call for residents of the southern suburbs of Beirut to flee, saying it would continue to target Hezbollah infrastructure in the area.
The densely populated neighbourhoods are considered a stronghold of the militia.
Hundreds of thousands of residents have fled the area as a result of the Israeli bombardments.
