Makes me wonder: can police cars fine you for speeding if they’re not parked by the side of the road with a camera?
In the USA for instance police will stop you for speeding and give you a ticket. Is it possible in Belgium as well, or can they only prove it by one of the cameras and therefore driving cops can’t give a real speeding ticket?
And if they do are able to, do they have to stop you?
