Real estate firm Prisma Properties has signed an agreement to acquire three retail properties in Finland for approximately EUR 16 million, equivalent to SEK 175 million, according to a press release.
The properties comprise a total of roughly 15,400 square meters. The annual rental value amounts to approximately EUR 1.5 million, with the majority of tenants operating in the discount retail sector. The portfolio maintains a weighted average unexpired lease term (WAULT) of 7.5 years.
The transaction is expected to increase Prisma’s earnings per share by approximately 2 percent compared to the company’s latest interim report. Possession of the properties was taken on April 1.
