Lithuania to get US trade support as it faces China fury over Taiwan

  1. I dunno, kinda feels like we’re getting involved in European affairs again where we shouldn’t

Edit: Oh NOW y’all want us to get involved smh

  2. Lithuania, you just have too suck Biden’s balls. Ask Germany if you don’t know how to do that.

  3. I’m not surprised. Anybody with half a brain figured out that was the deal.

“Push our anti-China agenda in EU and we’ll pay you back.”

Small countries don’t suddenly decide to annoy the second largest economy in the world out of moral concern for what is right. It’s just not how politics are done, and anybody who believes otherwise was painfully naive.

As to whether that anti-China agenda is right for Europe, that’s a matter of opinion. I personally think we should not be too involved, while the CCP is disgusting, so are other countries we maintain ties with, like Israel, Egypt and Saudi Arabia. Any gains in the Pacific will be for America, not for us, so fuck that, they don’t need help so why give them any.
