In a bit of sweet news — there’s a new trailer for the upcoming movie, “Hershey.”
“Hershey,” the upcoming film about Milton S. Hershey, will tell the stories of Hershey and his wife, Catherine “Kitty” Hershey. It’s billed as a rag-to-riches tale. The film features Finn Wittrock as Milton S. Hershey and Alexandra Daddario as Kitty Hershey, and it’s directed by Mark Waters.
Hershey started his career in Lancaster as a confectioner’s apprentice, and went on to create a sugar-sweet empire now known globally.

In addition, it was announced Monday that “Hershey” would premiere on Thanksgiving weekend. This year, that’ll be the weekend of Nov. 27-29.
“Hershey” will be distributed by Angel Studios, which also distributed “Brave the Dark,” a film about Garden Spot High School teacher Stan Deen and his student, Nate Deen.
“Hershey” has been filmed in a variety of locations across Pennsylvania. While Linden Hall may be a familiar name in Lancaster County, “Hershey” was actually partially filmed at Linden Hall in Fayette County, near Pittsburgh.
