Are you sure this is from [Luxembourg](https://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Liste_des_communes_du_Luxembourg)? That form doesn’t look like anything I’ve ever seen. Should also be at least bi-lingual if from Luxembourg. I found the name Soueich as a [french commune](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Soueich) in the Haute-Garonne department close to Spain. Been on vacation recently or know somebody from there?
It reads Schweich which would be commune de Beckerich.
Autre can be a gift, a parcel from a friend for example would not be valeur déclarée and “follow me” is just if sender paid for parcel tracking.
Soueich is a commune in France. It really does read “Soueich” and not “Schweich”, I mean the o and u are obvisously seperated.
