Western Balkans haven’t self governened successfully themselves since before Christ and never will .
What EU should stop doing tho is lying to us on general . They talk about BS issues , when problems are rooted far deeper than that .
Maybe then when EU officials grow a pair and be honest and stop collaborating with countries that aren’t democratic the citizens might realise , and maybe start to make the change .
Equivalent of telling a group of drug addicts that they are doing fine , just need to get better haircuts
The EU and Rio Tinto are pushing for lithium extraction in Serbia even tho Germany has larger deposits. Why has Serbia been deemed a “sacrifice zone” for greener projects and not Germany?
Colonization and exploitation.
Bosnia is simply unsustainable in it’s current form. It’s constitution is a hysterical mess with more exceptions than rules. It’s political system is a joke where everyone just votes based on their ethnicity.
Only way out of this mess would be to get the entire region (Bosnia, Serbia, Montenegro, North Macedonia …) accepted in the EU, make the borders go away and then let Bosnia fall apart one way or the other as people wouldn’t care that much about it at that point.
